7. Robbers Cave
This is situated about 8 kilometres from Dehradun. Better known as the abode of Lord Shiva, it is very close to Sahasradhara. The specialty of this place is that river water flows out from the middle of the cave.
This cave is known for the cold underground springs, and it cools during the scorching hot – summers! One should visit this place at least once.
8. Tiger Falls
This is located in the beautiful forest of Chakrata. It provides a great view of the mother nature. This is in fact the highest water-fall in India. It’s an awesome place for tourists to come with their family and enjoy the view.
9. Chetwoode Hall
This is an important landmark of the IMA and is one of the prominent places to visit in Dehradun. The mesmerizing part about it is that it serves as a passing out parade. The hall also has a museum, computer labs, lecture halls and a café!
10. Shikhar Falls
If you’re looking for a beautiful attraction in Dehradun, then Shikhar falls is the place to visit. However, the hike is strenuous and one would have to walk about 1km to reach the falls. Here one will also come across wildflowers, pools, pretty birds and also butterflies. This place has a magnificent view and one should click many photographs here.
